Thuja Plicata ‘4Ever Goldy’

One of the newest Thuja’s, this conifer is a variety of Western Red Cedar. A stunning bright golden coloured foliage is held in upright sprays, forming a pyramidal shape plant. In winter, bright golden-yellow foliage lifts the garden, which in summer changes to a soft green with a dash of yellow overlay. If that wasn’t enough, autumn sees this shrub turning bright yellow and almost golden-orange until temperatures start to rise in spring. With Thuja plicata ‘4ever Goldy’ there is never a dull moment and definitely a plant worth considering. Height: 5m (16′). Spread: 2m (7′).
