3. Ordering and Payment

3.1 Placing an Order

By placing an order, you:

• Agree to pay the full amount including shipping
• Verify your shipping address is in a serviced area

• Free Shipping: For orders over £50 via EMS, delivered within 15-25 business days after dispatch

4.3 Delivery Areas

We currently cannot ship to some remote areas in Asia and other select locations. If your address is ineligible, we will notify you promptly.

4.4 Delivery Responsibilities

Once shipped, the risk of loss passes to you. You are responsible for:

• Inspecting plants immediately upon delivery
• Notifying us of any issues within 48 hours

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Returns Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided they are:

• In original condition
• Unused with original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

5.2 Live Plant Exceptions

Due to their perishable nature, live plants cannot be returned unless:

• They arrive damaged
• The wrong item was shipped

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

5.3 Return Process
