Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95) – Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping – Available for orders over £50, delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after dispatch

Please note: We currently cannot ship to some remote areas in Asia and other select locations. If your address falls in an excluded area, we’ll notify you promptly.

Our Returns Policy

We stand behind the quality of our plants and gardening products. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns process within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • In their original condition
  • Unused and with original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Important Exception for Live Plants

Due to their perishable nature, live plants, trees, and shrubs cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. This includes all plant categories from our menu such as:

  • All Other Shrubs & Trees
  • Annual Bedding Plants & Flowers
  • Autumn Colour Trees
  • Border Perennials
  • Climbing Plants & Shrubs
  • Conifer Plants
  • Container Shrubs & Trees
  • Evergreen Climbers
  • And all other live plant categories

Please inspect all live plants immediately upon delivery. If there are any issues, contact us within 48 hours.

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to process your return:

  1. Contact Us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for Approval – We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Package Securely – Use original packaging when possible

  5. Receive Refund – Processed once we verify the returned item

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.
