Our Returns Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be:

  • In their original condition
  • Unused and with original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Important Note on Live Plants

Due to their perishable nature, live plants, trees, and shrubs (including all categories from our menu like Annual Bedding Plants, Container Trees, and Evergreen Climbers) cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. Please inspect all live plants immediately upon delivery.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for Approval – We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Package Securely – Use original packaging when possible

  5. Receive Refund – Processed once we verify the returned item

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Timeline & Method

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive your return. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) – 3-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal – Typically appears within 24 hours

Exchange Process

For exchanges (subject to availability):

  1. Follow the standard return process
  2. Specify your desired replacement item in your return request
  3. We’ll ship the new item once we process your return (additional shipping charges may apply)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your plants arrive damaged or incorrect:

  1. Take photos of the damaged items and packaging
  2. Email us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]
  3. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost
