The perfect perennial for a cottage-garden border, Phlox paniculata ‘Bright Eyes’ grow strong and tall with bold clusters of fragrant flowers on strong upright stems. For added punchiness, each flower is centred with a bright pink eye. Enjoy a long season of colour from this resilient hardy perennial, with continuous blooms from mid summer through to early autumn.
