Magnolia X Loebneri ‘Wildcat’

Magnolia x loebneri ‘Wildcat’ is a double flowered hybrid with white, 10cm (4″) diameter blooms, sometimes tinged with pink hues. The flowers appear during April on bare stems. Bronzed leaves emerge later which turn mid green during summer. A deciduous, slow growing, upright, open- branched, small tree that has been awarded an RHS AGM. Plant as a centrepiece for a small garden, or planted amongst other trees and shrubs in a woodland garden. Height: to 3.5m (11′). Spread: to 2.5m (8′).
