Juniperus horizontalis ‘Icee Blue’ is one of the best prostrate conifers introduced in recent years. This well branched Creeping Juniper quickly forms a carpet of silvery-blue evergreen foliage that turns to plummy-bronze shades during the coldest winters. Reaching just 15cm (6″) tall but with a spread of 2m (6′,5″), this exceptional shrub is perfect for creating evergreen groundcover. Juniperus horizontalis ‘Icee Blue’ is easy to grow, needs virtually no maintenance, and tolerates a wide range of conditions – no wonder the RHS have given it an Award of Garden Merit!
