Festuca ‘Sunrise’

Even in poor, dry soils, Festuca ‘Sunrise’ makes reliable and long lasting ground cover. This elegant ornamental grass is extremely robust, tolerating temperatures to -20C, while remaining evergreen throughout the year.

The blue-green foliage is tipped with copper-orange in autumn, blending beautifully with its late summer display of orange-red flowers. This clump forming perennial has an airy feel that brings texture and movement to borders and rockeries. It makes a particularly useful addition to winter containers. Height and spread: 30cm (12″).
