Absolutely! We have specific categories for container gardening including Container Shrubs, Trees in Pots, and Bedding Suitable for Containers. Many of our plants are ideal for balconies, patios, or small garden spaces.
How do I care for my plants when they arrive?
Your plants may need some TLC after their journey:
  • Unpack immediately and inspect
  • Water if the soil feels dry
  • Allow 1-2 days to acclimate before transplanting
  • For container plants, ensure proper drainage

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and JCB, as well as PayPal for your convenience.
Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
We process orders quickly to ensure fresh delivery, so please contact us immediately at [email protected] if you need to make changes. Once your order has entered the processing stage (1-2 business days after ordering), we may not be able to make changes.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship globally from our Wakefield nursery to most countries worldwide, excluding parts of Asia and remote regions. Please note:
  • Some countries have seasonal restrictions on plant imports
  • Delivery times may vary during peak seasons (spring/autumn)
  • Customs fees may apply in certain destinations
How are plants packaged for shipping?
We use climate-smart packaging specially designed to protect plants during transit. Our horticulture team prepares each order with care, ensuring plants are packaged in climate-appropriate materials to survive their journey to your garden.

Returns & Replacements

What is your returns policy?
We stand by our plants with a 15-day guarantee:
  • Contact us within 15 days of delivery for any issues
  • Photographic evidence may be required
  • We’ll replace or refund plants that arrive damaged
Note: Due to the perishable nature of plants, we cannot accept returns of healthy specimens.
What should I do if my plants arrive damaged?
We’re sorry to hear this! Please:
  1. Take clear photographs of the damaged plants
  2. Contact us immediately at [email protected]
  3. Include your order number and the photographs
We’ll process your replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
